After KK downtime, Cloudflare has banned .. something?

When I try to reload the page now after the last few days of site issues, I'm getting the site load with a big red X saying, "Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access kitty-kats.net" .. then goes on about how Cloudflare uses all this amazing technology to protect things from attacks and that I should message the webmaster(s) about a fix. So here I am. Over a decade of being here (no problems and usually just lurking) and now, somehow, Comcast is banned or something from the site?

Does anyone on the mod/site team know what's going on? This is clearly a mistake right?

I think it's something linked to the DDoS attack, for example took me several attempts to login today
