Datafile problems

Anyone else keep getting this message on datafile - Error, your IP is not allowed to access. We'll send instructions to your email.
when i click on email link it asks me to save info then all is okay,problem is it happens around once a week now and sometimes they take forever to email me,and i can't sent a ticket because it locks everything on my account,i can't even log out and back in,seriously getting cheesed off with datafile recently,really has awful customer service.
btw i have tried vpn and it makes no difference.

They banned a lot ips lately. I guess that is connected with ddoss attacks on datafile. You use some VPN? Or your regular home ip is banned?

Yes regular home ip,iv'e had it with datafile 24 hours now and still no email from them.
