"DMCA Protected" Watermarked Webcam Streams

Any written or unwritten rules about posting webcam videos if they have a "DMCA Protected" watermark? I'm seeing more and more models using that these last few weeks.

Not that I'm aware of. Also, those watermarks don't mean shit, the models are just trying to scare people into not capping.

Technically speaking the DMCA applies to all digital content that isn't open sourced, so really the watermark is probably there to make filehosts remove it faster or to go after you in a civil suit with more ease. I think you can use Adobe Premier and get rid of it for the entire capture, and if you gained Adobe by alternative means that would make it even funnier.

whoever is doing the cam caps I am seeing is removing those pretty easily it seems like! cam girls would have to put a physical sign in the background
