Filefox Traffic Available

It appears when you are done with your "traffic available" you are DONE no matter how long your premium account was for.

I have asked them if the traffic available resets daily or what since it hasn't and exactly how much it is, but no response. It has been several days and no reset or response.

Anyone have any idea what is up?

I got an email back

"Traffic available is 32 Gb per 72 hours. Every downloaded byte is restored in 72 hours."

don't know what that means exactly or how they time 72 hours, etc.

We will see.

Shrek posted in the chatbox that its 24 hrs. so it may be between 24 and 72 hrs. :p

The two-file simultaneous cap also sucks. I have to say that their bandwidth is crap as well - 700kb/s... are we back in the 90's? With K2S or DF or RG, I can run 6 files at a time and still see speeds around 6-8mb/s. Perhaps these guys at FF weren't really prepared to handle the bulk of the bandwidth? I bought a 3 month membership - if things haven't improved by then, they won't see any more of my money.
