Hover-over preview no longer scrollable

Sometimes the preview that's displayed when you hover over a thread title doesn't display anything useful--just the top part of the first image, where the girl isn't even visible at all. Before the board was down for a while, the box had a scroll bar, so you could at least scroll down and see several photos. This seems to be gone now. Has this been looked into yet?

I cannot say that the preview box is exactly the same as before, but it does seem to be improved. What are your thoughts?
