Imagetwist thumbnail size and other questions

So I've been using Imagetwist and their thumbnails are ridiculously small, is there any way to increase the size of the thumbnails?

Also, what kind of upload/thumbnail creation tools do you experienced posters use? I have a lot of content to dump but I don't want to spend hours organizing links, creating video thumbnails on each video, uploading to rapidgator FTP, etc. Is there some sort of program that does everything or at least the majority of the things listed?

How big do you want your thumbnails to be? Imagetwist allows their thumbnails to be up to 500X500 pixels. The standard size is stupid small (170X170); you just have to change the setting when you're uploading the images.

I can't help with the next question.. One of our bigger posters will have to assist you with that one.
