The last two days when it comes time to recycle my K2C premium account I don't get the full 50GB I should. The first day it was short 210MB, but today it is shy nearly 25GB, which is half my download BW.
I have put in support requests to K2S both days, but have not heard anything back yet.
If anyone is having this issue, and particularly if you know why or how to fix it, I would love to hear from you.
