I can only speak for MFC, always make sure you put in the tip notes that the tip is for a video/pics/file/password and if the model "forgets", "loses", or "can't find" it in a decent amount of time (I will usually give them 2 days), send a copy/paste of the tip note (you can find this under your account info) to MFCmail and they will (they have when I have gotten burned) refund your tokens. This has only happened a few times out of the 6+ years I've been on the site so I would say most of the models are good for their word.
Oh I am aware most models are good for their word. I was watching a girl who half way through her countdown conveniently remembered she had shot a video that day. This I feel is a scam and other models have started doing it. If a model sells a video etc I will always tip note for the reason so I can claim it back. I got burnt badly once and refuse to again the model in question happened to be the biggest known scammer on MFC and is still pulling her old tricks even now

Same shit happen to me. BooBooKittyFk has to be the biggest scammer on MFC. I was one of the suckers who bought her mysterious 12 "date raffle" fuck vids for 2000 tkns and when I asked when she would be sending them, she ended up banning me and blocking me on twitter. I doubt she even has them.

I would but I made her pay me back, as she entered into a contract with me and I knew her real name and address I told her I was taking her to court where all her dirty little secrets would be aired for all her family and friends to see, funnily enough she paid me the money back within 3 hours
Better place than any. I think a few models are doing that. If you tip for something specific as Volpon says is put in the tip note what it is for so if a model does that then she loses the tip. IMO MFC need to grow a pair and start hitting these models harder.
MFC isnt going to reimburse u for a skype show u tipped for. thats a "competing" entity. they are probably glad u got screwed, so u dont do it again, and will only go thru them.
as long as they bring in SOME money, they arent going to do much, especially when its tips. bad pvt, thats a lil different, ive gotten tkns back from them, but tips? u wont get them back. MFC wiki-page says they wont return tips.
Actually MFC have returned tokens for skypes. in the models wiki it states that if you scam tokens they will refund them. They also say they will fine tokens or withhold payment. The last thing they need is a court case and someone could bring one against them if they feel they were scammed and they did nothing.
It totally depends on the model. I got scammed hard by lexivixi and have yet to even get a response or acknowledgment from mfc even with all my chat logs and emails between us. If the model is top 20ish forget about it your shit is gone and they don't care.
where to find the models wiki? i want to see this. i have a hard time believing that they are going to be ok w/ returning money for going to "see a show elsewhere", when that costs them money.
no one is going to spend 1000's of $ on lawyers fees, to get back hundreds of $ in porn tokens.

You do not need a lawyer to file a legal case of less than $5000 in small claims court you just pay a fee which depending on where you are is nominal. In fact MFC are most likely to pay or give the models information as it is a drop in the ocean for them rather than pay a lawyer for more than the claim is worth. Note you can not claim legal fees from the other party in small claims court and you can't sue for them in another court
hardlydont forget ur travel n lodging expenses unless u live real close to the city in which MFC is located.
all of that is a moot point, nobody is going to spend the money its going to cost to get back 500-600 tokens
