I would like to know what set this pic is from? It was posted on another forum with no info about where it came from.

you will have to buy a bunch of sets before you can buy these. the first month you will only have access to a wide range of outdated content. the second month you will get access to what is on the site preview as loyal. on the third month you turn loyalplus and get access to a weekly rotating sets of special pictures and videos along with the latest zipsets, pov, and collectors sets. however, this so-called weekly rotation is more like monthly.

yes, be wary of sharing as both pictures and videos from zipsets are tagged. regular content is not tagged however

Do you have to buy all previous zip sets too, before you can buy these newer one's? Or can you buy whatever you want after the 3 months of membership?

not all but you have to buy a bunch before you get to the newer ones. you will have to wait between almost every purchase however.
