Loads of errors, CSS not loaded, slow, etc

Hi,

first of all, tnx for maintaining this great forum,
I'm not posting a lot, but I enjoy the content :)

for the last couple of weeks, Its almost impossible to load the site, sometimes I receive errors 503, sometimes the site isnt loaded correctly, like its missing its CSS.

Did someone turned on the XenForo discourage function on my account or something ? :)
any idea what goes wrong ?
