My credit card keeps getting rejected from host sites -- ideas?

I'm in the US, and trying to use a CapOne Mastercard, and a SecureSpend gift card, and I keep getting rejected by FileFox. What to do?

Capital One is notorious for having slightly-off addressing for account verification. Get your most recent statement and type in your address for verification exactly like it appears on the statement, even if all of your mail comes differently. If Cap1's statement says "Apt 1N" and all of you other mail, the lease, etc. all say "Apt N1," go with Cap1's designation. If Cap1's statement has a 9-digit zip code, use it even if it's incorrect. If Cap1's statement abbreviates the name of your town, or your street, use the abbreviation. And so on.

No idea on the gift card.
